COURSE SUMMARY

        

Information is the most valuable asset in this modern era. With the increasing graph of using the network and internet it is mandatory to improve the security. A network security course will discuss different types of attacks and threats along with various methods of responding to them. Students will learn how to protect computer networks from various attacks.

 

COURSE OBJECTIVE

 

The main objective of the course is to provide the students the theoretical and practical knowledge of network security. The course will help to apply the fundamental techniques and principles of securing the information and network. After the end of this course students will be able to assess the security risk and counter those risks. Students will learn different types of algorithms, cryptographic protocols, authentications and many more.

Abdullah Bin Kasem Bhuiyan is teaching Object Oriented Programming, Agile Development, Artificial Intelligence, Operating Systems and other computer science related course in Computing and Information System Department, Daffodil International University, Bangladesh which is the first of its kind in Bangladesh. He is also the district leader and member of national committee of Bangladesh Innovation Forum.
